Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You do it yourself, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You keep your sign-in and can read and export everything for twelve months. That is a full year, so last year’s figures are still there at tax time. We email you twice before anything is deleted, and each email carries one-click export and one-click resubscribe. You can start again whenever you like.
Why doesn’t it connect to my bank?
That is on purpose. Entering it yourself is the habit that works, and your banking credentials never exist here.
Is my budget private?
Nobody but you can see it. No screen, report or export we have shows a single figure of your budget, and no admin account can be granted one. There is one unavoidable exception, the technician who maintains the servers, and our Privacy Policy names it plainly.
Is it faith-based?
If you want it to be. You pick faith-based or secular encouragement at signup, and you can change it later.
